Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to change an appointment. If you must cancel or rebook, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice. Appointment changes with less than 72 hours notice may result in a charge of part or all of the service amount in order to rebook.
Our booking system will send you a confirmation prior to your visit. As a courtesy please remember to contact us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we would be happy to rebook it for you.
Less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of your services cost. Any no show appointments will be charged the full cost of the service.
While we truly understand life comes before hair, this is a policy we must enforce. Thank you for understanding.
